All published opportunity articles and guides are currently free to read without an account or subscription. Site hosting providers may process normal request information needed to operate and protect the website. We do not add advertising trackers or sell newsletter addresses.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how visitors find LegiSpark. It uses cookies and device and browsing information to measure visits. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. We do not send newsletter addresses or membership waitlist details to Analytics. Your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal turns off our Analytics tag. You can also turn it off for this browser below.
Membership waitlist
The membership waitlist records your email address and signup consent so we can contact you about a possible future membership. Joining does not create an account or subscription. We do not collect payment details. Membership timing and pricing have not been announced.
Email signup
When you join the newsletter list, we store your email address, consent timestamp, and a random subscription token in hosted storage for newsletter and waitlist administration. Signup is open; newsletter broadcasts have not yet launched. We use FormSubmit to forward signup notifications, including your email address and chosen list, to contact@legispark.com. We do not ask for your name, employer, or other profile details.
Unsubscribing and deletion
The signup confirmation includes a private unsubscribe link. Use that link to unsubscribe from both lists and delete your email address. Email addresses remain on the list until you unsubscribe. This deletes the saved website record; email notifications already delivered to our inbox are separate. Email contact@legispark.com if you also want those deleted.
Research content
Do not submit private employer, employee, student, or medical information through newsletter signup or research correction requests. This website provides research rather than compliance determinations.
